Don Hinkle-Brown leads Debt Capital Solutions at Avivar Fund Management. Prior to joining Avivar Fund Management, Don Hinkle-Brown had been the CEO of Reinvestment Fund, a national leader in rebuilding America’s distressed towns and cities, for 15 years.

Reinvestment Fund manages nearly $1B and finances housing, healthy food access, commercial real estate, community facilities, and energy efficiency projects. During his tenure, the Fund has invested more than $3.2 billion in communities nationwide, leveraging over $8 billion in development capital.

Reinvestment Fund also provides public policy expertise by helping clients create actionable, data-advised policy solutions and by sharing data and analyses via www.PolicyMap.com. Under his leadership, the Fund secured and maintains an investment-grade credit rating.
